Ok, say I was a pro ice skater and 110 lbs. Ice skaters are very fit and much more muscular than you realize but not too much. What percentage of that weight is muscle mass?

What do I eat to just gain lean muscle without the fat?

I am already very skinny, and I just want to pack on muscle. I am hitting the gym at least 3 times a week, but my diet is very poor. What are some good suggestions to eat throughout the day and before and after a workout. I know I should be eating a lot, but I don't want to gain a lot of fat(some is good).

I am part of a weight loss contest, so gaining pounds through muscle is not something I can afford to do until after the contest is over, so I am looking for strictly fat burning workouts to further enhance my weight loss. Any ideas?
