Is it possible for me to make any noticible gains in muscle mass and strength doing "body weight" excersizes…ie. push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups, tri extensions, etc. I would also be taking protein supplement in combinations with these work outs.

If it is possible please list the various excersizes I can perform to maximize growth and strength or a source I can reference.

What should my diet be like if my goal is more lean with muscle? More cut and ripped than beefy bodybuilder? Think swimmer build.

Seen results, but really need to get handle on complete diet. Is there any website, book, etc that could end my misery?

I've figured out my RMR and tried divided that by 6 meals, trying to keep a good ratio of protein carbs and fat, but it can be so daunting plus not even sure that is necessary to that degree with my goal. So, hit me up with some book, website reccomendations or your own spiel about how to handle the diet side.

I heard that doing intense cardio like maybe fat burning cardio can ruin your work you do in the weights room to gain lean muscle mass i think the website said that the cardio workout eats away at the calories and then that fuel for your muscle doesnt get fed and you wont gain any lean mass or something like that

can anyone elaborate or know anything about this?

I just joined Air Force JROTC and I've decided to take advantage of our physical training days to lose my gut and tone up the rest of my body.
